Siddhachalam is happy to hold Che Gaon Ki Puja jointly with the Jain Center of New Jersey on March 8, 2009.
The yatra procession will start at the location of the small derashar located downhill and from there to the main derashar. This is bhav yatra as if we did che gaav ni yatra. The che gaav yatra is carried out at Palitana Tirth every year on phagan sud teras where thousands of shravak-shravikas participate in this annual ritual. We will replicate that here at Siddhachalam.
The che gaav joint procession will begin at 10 am, followed by chaityavandan. At 11:38am will start Navpad Ni Puja, where 11 individual puja will be performed. 11 families can participate in these individual pujas.
After 11 pujas, we’ll have ghee bolis for Aarti, Mangal divo and ShantiKalash. Chaitya vandan after Shanti Kalash followed by Sadharmik Vatsalya.
